k810i keep freezes

well, i have a k810i, but it keep freeze on me, i updated via SEUS, still no use.
I try to use XS++, but the phone some reason is CID 53, which means i can't flash a new software. The phone is perfectly working fine other than that problem. I can't take it back to sony, as it is more than 1 year old phone, what can I do? I have to try configure all the solution but still no use.

Seus did update your phone to cid 53. You can flash cid 53 phones with JDFlasher or KulanKendi.

Yes, you need only to download firmware from TopSony download section and use one of this two programs. If you use KulanKendi you can only apply main and filesystem to the phone , custom file you need to apply with JDFlasher.

I have try and use the JDflasher, but the menu look all over the place, it is not normal blue screen and menu option like the tutorial in the JDflasher section!
