absolutely.
either your phone will download the appropriate settings automatically, or you will have to put them on there somehow. SEUS website has a part of the site that will send the settings to your phone, and if they're not in there, your mobile provider should have the settings available for you to enter manually through tech support or online.

Message centers numbers and settings are not affected by the debranding. All these settings remain intact with the exception of the internet and mms settings.
