I bought a new Sony Ericsson K800i in Germany but it is with SIM lock

Service Provider is O2 - Germany
IMEI No.

Can some pl. tell me the unlock code for the same

First, I advise you to not share your IMEI; second, as said by the previews user, read the thread he has indicated to you on how to unlock. To unlock SE phones is a bit differente from nokia phones, it's not needed a unlock code.

You might be able to ask your carrier O2 for the unlock code too...but you might have to be with them for a certain period... Not sure what the policy is over there. If that doesn't work, the SIM Lock Patch is the best way to go.

there are no possibility to generate unlock patch...but by davinci you can do "full unlock" by 50$
