Problems with mp4 in w890i

Yep same with my K810i and my old phone W710i. I think it's because of the FPS what the Sony Ericsson phone can't handle.

Xilisoft 3GP Video Converter 3
choose blackberry mpeg-4 video
and use these settings and try
video 320*240
bitrate 384
25fps
Aspect 4:3
audio
mpeg4aac
bitrate 0(just try it)
sample rate 16000
it is working in my w890 i tried to convert The Simpsons can u try it on ur mobile and tell me if it works for u?
M3 doesn't support w890i i cant find it in the list plz help
and one important question
i converted a movie to mp4 320x240 but when i tansfer it and when i start it in fullscreen it had black bar both above and beneath the picture can i remove thoes so i can get full screen 320*240 i choose aspect 4:3
