i think your erom might be damaged see here REPAIRING EROM GUIDES for most sonyericsson phones - Top Sony Forums. then try to flash again with xs++.

OK, i´ll test it. But why Phone working now - is EROM not importand?

I tried too. Same error and problem!! But only using R2T002 with different language too. Main good but the FS flashing stop at 20%. I used XS++ SEMC with serial cable or DS-25 or mini-usb cable with different speed, but nothing, same problem.
Using other firmware as R2BA009 for K608 or K600 all works fine.
