    unbrand orange w810i

    hey can someone help me i tried to unbrand my phone which is a w810i on orange with the latest firmware W810_R4ED001_FS_EUROPE_2_RED49.rar and W810_R4EA031_MAIN_GENERIC_HN_RED49.rar i am in england so this should of worked but when i click "start phone" it just says configuration error please contact customer support" i used phonexs btw does anyone know whats wrongg???? cheers

    oh and i tried sues to see if it fixed it it detected it as a w810i ORANGE GEN but it still didnt fix it! :( sum1 pleeeaaassee helpp
