Customiation Pack - How to Install ?

I 'm having some trouble with my phone and i think i need a customization pack. I wonder if someone could explain me how can i install it on my W580i.

I have some doubts like: do i need to flash fs and main in order to install customization Packs? where should i find the proper custom pack for my phone?

You Dont Need A Custom Pack Unless You Flash Your FS. See XS++ 3.1 Guide-Flashing,Customizing,Recovering - Top Sony Forums And Make A Full Reflash. This Will Resolve Your Problem. For CustomPack, Use Method "Uploading Files Via FSX" To Unpack The Contents Of Custom Pack (Available In Download Area) To /tpa/preset/custom.

it won't hurt i f you try it...
and why people think they need to customize firmware if they have problems with their phone? i dropped my phone couple of times and now camera won't work. do i need new camera driver for this problem? get real people...
