installing elves???

I ve read some articles about elves but I did not find the whole procedure.First I have to install 2 patches...what for?Then make some folders and put the elves files inside...These are all I got from different sites.I did not find a guide and what or where I can get all files I need for K800 R8BF003.Does it worth it?Or should I keep the patces?Any help?

1. With Setool put K800_R8BF003.lib.vkp and K800_R8BF003_ElfPack.vkp
2. In phone memory in folder Other move folders: ini, ZBin and Config

Elves put in folder Zbin, if Elves have *.ini file move to folder ini
