for the normal night mode and the nightmode with macro, can't we just turn on night mode and macro?? without the camera driver? wouldn't it be the same?

hi guys, i have a question, what version is better the 21.2 or 21.3, i cant see any diference.. that C.C feature.. how work in the camera?

as i said, 21.2 i better for me coz it hasnt CC, 21.3 has it, CC is only difference between those drivers.
