I don't think you can change the operator logo, but only remove it.
You can remove operator logo with custom layout.xml file, then open your phone's wallpaper in Paint or some other program and write your custom operator logo there. :)

There must be a way to change the operator logo or put up your own operator logo. stupid Nokia phones have this feature then why not SE.
Ya there should be one .......we can remove the operator logo.....den at the place where operator logo comes we can write something else..........but who will every time edit the walpaper and themes.................
Not Possible For You But Possible For Me:D I Use Mobilink In My Country Which Has Option To Change Operator Logo. The Company Changes The Logo So That Logo Is Used In Every Phone I Use That Sim:)

You can use ELFs to replase the logo operator, Use LogoChanger.elf
You can replase by your own logo or by a icon.

what does this qustion mark means......u just have to apply elfpack of ur model and firmware with all directories made and dyn_const.bin placed in right place......
to change layout in /tpa/system/layout but you should have original layout for it's had problem you can install original layout instead.
