Here's a tutorial that explains you how to flash K750 to W800.

Glossary
w800 - phone model
r1bc002 – firmware version
fs/main – type of file
emea2 - region
cid36/49 – protection type

EMEA1 - en, pl, lv, lt, ru, et, uk
EMEA2 - en, cs, hr, sr, sl, sk
EMEA4 - en, bg, hu, ro, ru
EMEA6 - en, ar, fa, fr, ru

• Connect – connecting phone to pc over usb by holding c button
• Disconnect – disconnecting phone from usb cable
• Reset – reinstert the battery

1. Getting ready

Download:
XS++ 3.1 (Darwin)
w800_r1bc002_main_eu_emea cid49
w800_r1bc002_fs_emea2 cid49
Extract and run XS++
Plug your USB cable only in PC
Turn off you phone and take out the SIM and Memory Stick.
Make reset.
Your phone is turned off during the flashing.
Backup all contacts, messages etc. Flashing will delete them and all files in phone’s memory.

2. Flashing Filesystem

Click Start. You have 30 seconds to connect. Mark Flash File System. Open File System file (w800_r1bc002_fs_emea2 cid49). Click Flash. Follow the instructions and when program says Finsing flash click Stop. Ignore the error. Make disconnect then reset.

3. Customizing File System

Click Start. Connect. Now mark Customize File System. Choose Phone Model (W800) and CDA and Region (EMEA_2). Click Flash. Follow the instructions and Disconnect your phone when program says so. Make a reset.


4. Flashing MAIN

Click Start. Connect. Mark Flash Main. Open MAIN file
(w800_r1bc002_main_eu_emea cid49). Click Flash. When program says Finishing Flash disconnect your phone. You’re finished! Insert SIM and Memory Stick and turn on your phone.

it is said that i'm gonna lost my 'activity menu', aren't i?

Yes, you are losing activity menu. But you have Shortcuts menu when you press joystick up (you must be in Standby).

man i understand that i won't be able to use the activity key and all , but some new development i found out ...in w800 r1bc002 i found someone put up group menu ....where can i find that any idea. ANd how to change the Play now icon and change it to your own thing to shortcut of bluetooth or something else i'm not a programmer ...please keep this in mind

i used a K750i @ w800 a few months didn't noticed any problems

k i'm not sure if this applys to this convo, but i need to reset the main password on the phone and i don't care if i lose any info, any clue as to how to do this i was told somewhere else i need to flash the phone but no clue as in how to???? HELP!!! lol sorry my phone is the w810 as well..

What language do you need? And yes you need USBflashdrivers....

you can convert CID36 firmware to CID49 firmware with Gslide. in other words you can download the emea1 FS and the MAIN you want in CID36. and then you dimply download Gslide and convert them to CID49

Install the flash driver!
Without flash driver,you can`t flash your phone!

You need FS and Custom which have estonian language! You have a post about language description! Goooogle is your friend:D!

Google the EMEA 1 FS. In Customize File System choose EMEA 1.

I think it's R1BD001 or R1BC002. I would use W800 R1BC002 because you can find lots of patches for it.

R1BD001 is the newest and it suport ELFs, and R1BC002 dont! OK thanks anyway i thinked taht there is newer but it isnt ok! Thanks:D

What ELFs do you use darac_os? I found some ELFs but they suck.

Well, many patches for R1BC002 can you also find over at mobilefree.ru (use google translate). Currently R1BD001 has even more patches then R1BC002 :D.
