I want to upgrade my w580i firmware. which files do I need to download.i live in turkey and When i try to start the camera it says "another application is running. Close it, and then start the camera"

I have the same problem but with my s500i.... I replaced the cam driver with the original s500i and full flashed the phone... but it didn't fix the problem...is it a hardware problem? Also can I uses SEUS on my flashed phone?
