What bricked phone means?:confused:
that the phone is dead
it isn't working anymore
it may hang up at start screen (that is the most common term for bricked)
but almoast anythime you can "bring it to life" by doing something simple
edit:
i said that it could be repaired because most people missuse the term bricked
there are not many truly bricked phones- as far as i know
Saying that a phone is bricked usually means that it's completely dead, not was jon313 said.
It can be repaired, but with no free tools.
Nice day
well basically the phone is dead (meaning wont turn on) and is not detected by any free tools such as XS++,SeTool Lite etc..........
How can you brick your phone?
You can brick your phone by installing firmware from another phone that is not compatible with your phone or with messing around with your GDFS.
Nice day
is the phone bricked if dialoug appears saying contact service operator?
No, if it`s written this Configuration error -contact service operator.
In this case you must finalize your phone:
Finalization = Completing flashing operations and storing basic settings that phone needs to properly operate [i.e. security certificates, (and this is why phone displays "configuration error" if it is not properly done)].
Firmware has two parts:
1. FS: It contains languages, images, sounds, animations, settings, etc. Anything that isn't pure software.
2. Main: It contains the software.
Note: MAIN and FS HAVE to be the same software version
MAIN R1BC002
FS R1BC002
Customization has to be same region as FS, in this case
FS = EU5 (EUROPE_5)
Customization =CDA102338/50 ( EUROPE_5 Sunrise Switzerland)

Once I flashed my phone and it stucked at "Please Wait" at StartUp. I didn't have GDFS backup. I took it to Service Center and they repaired it. How do they reapaired it?
They have special Service Software , like Setool 2 or 3 and many more.
Nice day
