I understand, but I don't have download access, and since I am inactive, there was no direction in how to get the access again
ASIA_LEVAN only give you English - Arabic - Persian-Farsi - French - Hebrew - Russian
and China only give you simplied chinese.
none of these even close to traditional chinese.
If you're looking for traditional chinese for your w580. go for Hong Kong or Taiwan FS with Hong Kong MAIN and Hong Kong's CDA
I suggest doing a little research on this website before giving suggestion.

The combination is OK, you will have traditional Chinese. But you could try a newer version of firmware:

I assume that you have a W580. To have persian on the phone, you will use this files:

Works without any problem.
Not sure if it's because of the HONG KONG firmware or not, I am using Rogers Canada and the HONG KONG firmware turns on the EDGE (with the E icon on top of the signal bar). The reception is little worse then the Rogers firmware. Turn EDGE off everything back to normal. BTW the Rogers firmware doesn't seems to turn on EDGE by default
EDGE being on/off is preconfigured through the customization pack.
Both HONG KONG and TAIWAN offer traditional Chinese. The Chinese input systems are different, though. HONG KONG has pinyin, while TAIWAN has zhuyin.
