Here is a tutorial i found for you, i reccomend you dont try it, because there are problems with the radio, themes and more, google k310i to w200i
and there are sites listed with the issues...

The radio will not work, and you cannot put memory card in it(obviously :D). There aren't other problems...

I suggest you not to do that. No use of changing the FW.

well about firmware all you have to do is google for it, there is plenty over the web.
as an alternativ you can pay 2 euros here and will get acces to download area.
also u can use setool instead of xs++, they are bouth good.
