Hi Guys!
I have just today unlocked my iphone using free software it was OTB 1.1.2 so I am very happy and fancied a new challenge.
Can you let me know if it is possible to unlock my Sony Ericcson W850i on Orange so I can use any sim card in it using software for free, as opposed to the expensive crazy £50 unlocks etc.
If it is possible - please point me in the right direction!

I've been trying to unlock a w850 locked to Three with limited success. In what I've come across, it seems that Three and Orange are more tricky than others on the w850s, at least with Simox' patch.
then flash another firmware to the phone and you will be ok. no more tricks
flash a generic firmware, not a branded one
which platform has w850??
check it with XS ++
