No, unlock - repair button is for reading security code on phone. You can unlock your phone by applying a patch to your phone. Use this program on this page:
Remove SIM-lock patch generator
How to remove or add the patch with SETool 2 Lite:
Copy the code to notepad and save as patch.vkp
Then go to Setool Lite:
- Select your phone model
- click Use "quick access" patch tick box
- add the same Patch to MISC File
- Click Write Script
- Hold C and insert Cable
- Click "Yes" to remove the patch. Click "No" to add the patch.

Jasmin Is Right But I Suppose This Is The First Time You Are Patching So You Must Do This One Time! After that you will skip all this process!!!
1. Drag the MAIN file (.mbn) that you have in your phone on to qamaker.exe From the qamaker folder that comes whith SETool2 Lite 1.11; this will create a vkp file;
2. The vkp file created in step 1 put it in to MISC FILES;
3. Click bypass db2020;
4. Add the main FW (.mbn) file (like you would like to flash it);
5. Press FLASH button;
6. Follow the instructions given by setool2 lite. Be carrefull! At one moment you will belive that nothing happens and the status windows is not changing! Not remove the CABLE! Wait until "ELAPSED x SECONDS" appears in status window.
This process will take some time, about 10-15 minutes or more
After this process, follow this steps given by jasmin.

or simply patch it.
One more thing to remind. According to my experience of unlocking my K610i with patch file, once you try to update the Firmware through official SE update service, the handset will be locked again.
It could because I missed some steps when applying the patch. But that is what happened to me now. Just for your reference though.

what is the difference between CID52 and CID49,CID51

CID = This "number" defines the version of SE's protection present in the phone.New CIDs are deployed from time to time, for the sole reason of preventing them from beeing unlocked/flashed/tampered with by non-SE service tools. Current CIDs in use by SE are 29/36/37/49/51/52. SE-based LG/Sharp phones use the same system (but different versions). The OTP (One Time Programmable memory) and EROM of a phone might be protected by different CIDs, usually the case in newer K600s/K608s.

No, it isnt, i get it from here and copied in file patch.vkp

the patches are mainly for the new firmware.
Flash your phone with the firm form patch and then patch.

i thought changing of firmware and debrqnding can uunlock any simlock phone. i'm a bit confuse can someone put me through
