Use MyPhoneExplorer, its a good tool you can backup and restore contacts, SMS, Task, etc. Contact list can also be exported to excel, csv file.

I guess there is no way to increase SMS storage in DB2020 phones however its already over 1000 I guess which is enuf for me.

My phone can't store over 1000 SMS. But I'm using a tool(ZipSMS) and then it works.

did you check the settings page (Tools -> FMA Options... -> Connectivity)? you have to set if its connecting by Native Bluetooth, Infra-Red or by Serial/Virtual port.Quote:
