Now I'm happy I bought 2GB Memory Stick Pro Duo.Sorry I can't help you.
Well it might work with a 4 gb card, but I dont think that after you put in it like 2.93 GB the phone will work properly, but I also can be wrong, those how have can say here
I think that 4 GB for the phone is too much, why do you need so much space?
My dad has 4GB duo in his w810i (pretty much the same w800i) and it works fine. No amount of GB can be too much. Why not make it your primary music player when its so good. w810i has great acoustics.
But 4GB Really Makes The Phone Slow. I Would Recommend Only 2gb.
i use it as my mp3 player, and sometimes at work i need a voice recorder, but with the 4gb i cant record, it just makes a error sound
:rolleyes:dude! u need 4 GB space because when u r out of station no body will lend u computer to copy files, picture u have taken from your mobile camera is saved in your phone memory is personal-and that is the reason to have better memory space ofcourse at he cost of slowness of the phone.:D:D:D
I have another question: which m-cards are better - Sony or Sandisk?
Both are OK, but I prefer Sony-s. They are I think faster.
Nice day
Nice day, jasmin, so I can choose between Sony Memory Stick Duo 64 Mb & Sandisk Memory Stick Pro Duo 64 Mb... Does the "Pro" prefix mean better performance ?
Thanx in advance.
Ok I found that 4 GB in a K750 or a W800 does actually work (at least in a K750, that's for sure) one of my friends has one and it is loaded with an estimated 73%, and it works fine, but he has R1CA021 firmware, Generic, and works with patches, with gfx, with everything, you can buy one 4 yourself, but, like someone said, why 4GB? It's very much and useless sometimes, even my card of 2GB (I also have K750) is filled with a 30% of data, and I don't know what to put in it, but maybe in time, I will fully load it.
Have a nice day...
LE: oh, and I use Sandisk, I don't like the Sony's, but it might work better with a Sony...
i think the PRO has something to do with performance, it's better that you have a MSPRO.
but then having a MSPRO 4gb in a k750i is too much...
oh... and one thing... the phone's record sound function doesn't work whenever a 4gb Memstick is installed. that's the major problem with the 4gb.
i recommend using a 2gb SONY MSproduo, the black one with the 80mbps, it's faster...
i am using it, and it's great
