w810 dead

I've problem with SE w810. When I power up it's screen just stays white, and nothing happen. And when I hold C and connect, my PC recognize it as mass storage device, and I can't install flash drivers.

Does some of your friends have w810 that you can connect to your pc, install drivers, and then try to flash your phone? And have you tried to download usb drivers from Sony Ericsson - Sony Ericsson
and reinstall them?

you also could try to install SEUS and connect the phone to it first, it will automatically download the required drivers, don't update, after that try to flash the phone with SeTool.

it automatically installs the usb flash drivers, if u need more help fixing your phone, you need to tell us what you were doing with the phone before it started white screening.

Now I think it is hardware problem.

3)your gdfs become damage
4)...

Wotan don't work. But the main problem is that I don't know what happen with phone. I know only, that phone become dead, when my friend call me!

if your hardware have problem may your phone stay in white screen becuase the phone test hardware and if one hardware have problem stay it
this is one probleme .the phone may have other problem

Read the tutorials before flashing in xss++ in top sony. Don't play with gdfs file of your phone, because if u flash gdfs of other phones you will damage further. So be careful. Good luck for successful flashing.

Please try to keep battery of your phone fully charged before flashing.

take another w810 and conncect to pc and install w810 drivers then try flash phne ;)

Yeah,update erom n flash firmware.

my friend got sara box, i flash and update erom, but phone the same effect ->> phone power up and screen just stay white.

ok, you need to give more background info before any of us really can help you.

before your phone got the WSOD, did you try unlocking your phone?
did you trying debranding/customizing your phone? If so, what files did you use?

and it probably isn't a hardware problem, because you phone can still turn on, and show the WSOD, and because your PC can detect your phone is plugged in. you're getting an error because your usb drivers were probably installed wrong the very first time and you need to uninstall them first before reinstalling them to remove any history. simply just reinstalling the drivers over the old one doesn't always work.

anyway, like i said before, you shoudl tell us what FS, MAIN, and custom files are on your phone, since improper MAIN, FS, and custom file combinations cause problems.

When I connect phone to HWK box, I can flash phone but got the same problems with phone, but when I check gdfs info I've got error:

I know it this broblem take have for my friend (w810)it want to flash phone by setool2lite and the phone dont turn on after flash.when the phone conect to box (setool2) this similar message appeare. you must repair gdfs phone. your gdfs phone become damage . i sure your phone become true you must do it .i say in other posts to how repair gdfs. you must know when your phone kill the frist stage flash it and if dont solve the second stage repair gdfs and other stage hardware ....
