have a problem with unlocking w810i

hey guys .. i have a problem with my new w810i

my problem: my w810i is branded with o2 germany and it got simlock too ... so i want to debrand and unlock it ... everthing works fine ... till i want to unlock the phone ... it doesnt work ... see the log

the patching seems to be ok, are you sure u are useing the right patch for the right firmware? I mean for each firmware version there is a specific patch, u can't use a patch designed for a specific firmware version on another version.

The problem is, here:

SETool2 Lite cannot open the rest file. It is odd, because it finds the file.
Check if "X:\rest\R4DB005_CXC1250316_GENERIC_HN" rest file exists:
1. If exists, you do not have enough privileges to open the file(ask the admin to grant access for you).
2. If not exists the rest file then generate it with ssw2rest.exe(located in make_rest directory): open a command prompt(START->Run...->cmd) and type:

Now move the result (X:\make_rest\R4DB005_CXC1250316_GENERIC_HN file) to X:\rest\ folder.

Reflash the MAIN and apply the unlock patch again.
Congratulations, you have a working, unlocked phone :D

EDIT: The X:\rest\R4DB005_CXC1250316_GENERIC_HN file must be there. So you only need permission to able to read the file...

First of all, have you administrator rights on computer(are you logged in as admin)???
1.If yes, then SETool2 Lite is corrupted. In this case reinstall(unzip) SETool2 Lite again, and check if the problem persists.
2.If not, then you need to ask the admin to grant access for you.

you can flash phone with firmware that it's rest does exist in rest files

You phone is DB2020 CID 49, you have to buy logs to unlock it.
