do NOT press "c" button, just use "2"
it happens to me many times.all i do is to do it again and again...and sometimes it works....:p
it took me a while before i figured that out, haha :P

i think the easiest way to find out would be to start the SEUS and tell him to update ur w880... it should say you wether you have to press C or 2... or anything else

on W880 you have to press 2 instead of C . 100% certain
