For SEUS update go to Sony Ericsson Mobile Communications download Update_Service_Setup, instal and folow procedure, another way is download the specific MAIN, FS,adn CUstum pack and flash it.Quote:

I tried that before, as i have a vodafone K800i ( unbranded ) and i wanted the original firmware back so that i can use some more keys, but with SEUS it won't work. The only way is to get the firmware and flash it, but the firmware is hard to find.
Vodafone firmware is called "vfe_x" where x is the region number. If you find the corresponding region (there should be at least one version in the downloads section), flash that FS using the corresponding Vodafone CDA (you can use generic MAIN). If you run SEUS after that, it'll detect a Vodafone CDA and It'll flash Vodafone MAIN and Voila, you have rebranded your phone!
And remember, you don't have to flash the latest F/W as SEUS will update anything you flash anyway.

Sorry, I'm new to this kind of thing, and I searched around a bit but still couldn't figure this out.
SEUS will not rebrand to AT&T if the firmware was changed to original SE firmware and you tried updating using SEUS. If it is original SE firmware (none AT&T), it will only upgrade to the latest original SE firmware available. If the phone still has AT&T, SEUS would update to the latest AT&T firmware available. It will not update back to what was first on the phone if you made a switch.
Hopefully that made sense.
EDIT: Best bet might be trying to find the AT&T firmware and see if you can flash it yourself.
Am I right in thinking that to re-brand I must find an Orange firmware? That would be the Main part, or Fs?

SUES wont rebrand your phone. on top of that i would suggest you not to use SEUS as is updates your CID53, which personally i think is not a good idea. firmare consists of "main" and "FS" ie....FS is a portion of a firmware.
