hey people i don know whether you know this but TOTAL CONVERTER give s the best setting s required for sony ericsson phones to play videos it has a separate tab for sony ericsson phones and even asks which model we using not only the video but the audio quality is also awesome ...try it out

but the best settings are the ones that work best on your phone.. i have converted a sample into multiple formats and found MY OWN best quality settings.

Xilisoft 3GP converter is the best.... It has many advanced options and you can control the frame rate too...
But not for me, because when i tried convert movie and play over phone did`t go smootly.
Voice and picture didn`t play at the same time. Sometimes did voice go faster that picture , but sometimes slower that picture.
But with Total video converter that didn`t happen anytime.

DVD quality i think not, but this is pretty much the best I have found out there as well.... Now the question is how do I get TVlinks to stream to my w810i so I can watch heroes????

meGui is best software to convert video's to mp4,but it is difficult to operate,but it is the best software to convert video's.it gives more quality than nero and other software,but in less size(almost 60% of size).I use it to convert video's for psp(use mp4).i can also encode video for phones,but we need to know the avc level with which we can play video on phone.if you d'nt know use the lowest one,but higher avc level give more quality

Try it. Convert by canopus from DVDrip avi file to m2p with Vietnamese subtitle and use 3gp Hi def convert to 3gp forrmat. File size ~350mb for 1h45' movie.
