I have bought 2 gb card for my w2oo and its also bitt slow, but I´m not shure that my phone could accept such big card. In manual it says that 2GB is biggest card it coul support.
4gb it work in almost all the phones with m2,but,with a update of firmware, anyways, but it work,i have a w200 with the last firmware and a m2 4gb,and it work
it should work in all phones that can take m2 - they've only just released it last month
in other forums people were saying that it takes longer to load with 4gb ms pro's than with any others - anyone at all got the 4gb m2?
I'm using 1gb in my k618i and I think it's fine.
I think 4gb would be kinda slow though
I use 2Gb in my K800i and it`s working fast. I tried 4Gb by comparing with 2Gb and they are both the same fast.
I have 1Gb music one the 2Gb Card and it reads under < 5 s.
I have se k800i and sandisk m2 4b memory card and it works great! Speed of browsing files on this mem. card is same as speed of browsing files on 1gb mem. card! btw, i have only 500mb free space so there are many mp3's and video's on it!
2GB with K810i and....it works nice!(0,5 GB empty)
sometimes i remember the days when we use to have computers with 40 MB hard disks :-)
and just 7 years back computers were using 4.3 GB Hard Disks, technology is fast

I use a m2 2gb sandisc or what its called ;) It works great.
Worked for me.
I have a 4GB M2 Card.
But i can't full fill the card, otherwise, they get too slow!
I heard that 8gb m2 is coming next month.
only the original cards work fine with no compromise on speed fake cards get slower as data is loaded on to them ....
In Canada, Rogers has just started selling the W580 with 8GB M2s....so there are definitely plenty of 4GB sticks out there. I've heard that if your phone isn't designed for such a large stick, it generally runs a bit slower, but no problems. I've also heard that the older Sony PC software suites can't use cards larger than they're designed for because they crash when the program can't identify the size of the card. I think Mru5 is probably right about the firmware upgrade.
Have smb put 4GB into K790
How it will work?
Sorry about my english. I'm Ukrainian.
i think it won't work fine with my k850
san disk 2gb is great memory card.
I'm using 2 1Gb cards, and I'm quite OK with that.
Have you used a 4Gb card yet? It's damn slow if you get too much stuff in it. I don't even want to imagine how slow a 8Gb one will be. Plus, why do you need so much Gb of stuff at once?
i am using 2gb sandisk m2 in my k810i. it has 250 mp3s in it although it is fast in the filebrowser etc., if i want to select a mp3 from the alarm sound menu, it waits for 5-to-10 seconds. :S
I have K850i and SanDisk M2 4GB, works great!
If the k800i supports a menory card of 4Gb, what was the first firmware version to support it?
I have a K810i and using a 4 GB Sandisk M2 and it works perfectly.
Before I was using a 2 GB one and it worked very well without any delay.
I tested a 2 GiB and a 4 GiB Sandisk M2 (with adaptor) on my P990i and worked pefectly.
on p990 you can put and 8GB memory stick pro duo, and it works fine.
yes? it ok!!!
no problem! w960 8gb
a friend of mine uses a 4gb m2 card in his k800 and it works fine.
I have 2 gb m2 card in my k800 and it works perfect, i dont need more.
I just bought 4gb m2 for my K800i, as the ebay description included K800i.. but when I went to SE Site it quotes 2Gb Max !! As I'd already bought and paid for it I was a bit pee'd off thinking that it wouldn't work. But reading this thread you it looks as though it may work :), I'll wait to see, when it arrives..
i'm using k800i converted to k810i..will it works??
Hm, I'm using an 8GB M2 in my W880i, works without any errors whatsoever.
I Have 1GB Which Nevers Gets Full For Me. Wondering What You Guys Do With 8GB.
I'm also using an 8GB M2 in my W610i, and instructions say it only supports 2GB.
But at the time, large memory did not exist.
In short my new M2 works perfectly, just as fast as my old M2 (512MB).
On ebay people are selling 8Gb m2 cards and in the description they quote K800i, K810i.
Do these work, does anyone have an 8gB card on a K800i / K810i ?
Better change the original post as 4Gb is old now!
I've tried 8GB in K800, K810 and K550.
It works well except for misreporting amount left.
Phone is now as good as an iPod!
