Maybe it's not software problem ;)
Its an ordinary k800 problem, try se service!
bluetooth sucks
@ krokan. Stop these stupid posts!
@ betmeup. The LAST and USELESS thing is to flash your phone. Try with different bluetooth stack. Turn on discovery mode on your PC etc.
Alexcyan i got k800i and i've never faced any bluetooth problem.....
betmeup i think you should take your phone to se cause it doesn't sound like software problem
k800i has the bluetooth remote control feature, but when i try to use, it doesnt do anything on my laptop (i used this for windows media player) do i have to install any software for my laptop?
definitely hardware prob, check with bluetooth module.
I have exactally the same problem with standard k800. No1 can find me and I cant find anyone else. Maybe its a bug
Send you phone to SE service and they will gonna repair it. It's an ordinary problem with k800i.
It maybe your laptop's problem, try another bt device.
Try first to switch on the laptop, then the phone's blutooth.

my k810 with the firmware R8BA024 has a problem about bluetooth like that. if i want to send something from my phone, at first it cant connect or find the recipient device. if i try again it successfully sends it.
sometimes the speed is very slow, it sends only at the rate 5-10kb/sec. i want to downgrade my firmware to r6bc002 for this problem.
I would send my phone in because it is their fault they made a bad phone, tell them that u wont pay em for the problem.
1) You should send service
2) Or you change firmware. Can be will help
I've had many Nokia Phones and never had bluetooth just stop working, unless the phone was physically damaged.
