Hello together!
I have a question about debranding my K550i. I think I'll do it with
Setool. Now I have these Packages K550_RJD001.....fbn and the *.mbn
File. My question is if I also need the Language File and where can I
get it? I can't find It anywhere?

You don't really need a language file if you choose your firmware files according to your region.
Check out here (second table) what language pack you need and download the firmware with the same name.
Language is in the FS. U dont need lang file. just choose firmware according to your region.

K550_RJD001_MAIN_GENERIC_RED51.mbn
I don't want to make a mistake, because T-Mobile Austria is not generous in giving
guarantee ;-)
I also thought about debranding with wotan servers. But I have no credit
card and don't want to give out this money, if I can do it myself :-)
What ist your experience about flashing K550 --> W610i? I read about this,
but I don't want to destroy my handy

any k550i firmware will work, and i thought europe_2 was england and not Austria i think Austria is europe 1 or 3

What are the disadvantages in flashing K5501 --> W610 ???
One is that you don't have active lens cap any more.
Can someone help me? I just bought a K550i and I'm sooo annoyed by the default stuff and I can't delete them since I'm quite a n00b.Can someon help?
Also they are protected so I can't delete them...Any suggestions?
You can delete them with XS++, but I wont suggest deletion of these unless you are sure what are you doing otherwise you may brick your phone quite easily...
you cant brick your phone complet by edit FS... if something goes wrong just reflash FS and custpack ;)
Sorry for threatening you, didnt know that the repair would be such easy. Thanks jockep;)But I would suggest to backup your GDFS at least before you start experimenting...
With W610, if you open the lens cover, phone does not switch to camera mode automatically.
