Hi,
I bought a unlocked W995 from ebay however it comes with Orange software and I would like to make it generic.
Im not sure which version of firmware to get. I live in the UK not sure if that matters.
Current version installed is: 1215-8017 R1HA035 091210

Hi,first check cid on your phone.If it is up to cid53 then you can do that,if it is cid81 then you have to take it to some unlock/repair shop.
Post here log from A2 uploader latest version.

It is cid 53 so you can debrand it,you can download all files from download section.You need 3 files...generic main then FS file and custpack.

You are welcome,you can use any cid53 version.
Downoad these 3 files and you must extract generic main and FS file from winrar,just right click on winrar file and click extract,choose location...i prefer desktop.

Note:there is no custpack for w995 but you can use c905 instead
Recharge the battery to at least 50%,wait untill flashing is done then disconnect the phone and reinsert battery,switch it on and wait 2-3 minutes untill it is done.If you want make backup of your pictures or something then do that before flashing because everything will be erased.

Welcome to the forum.I like that tire and size. You will probably need .75-1 lift up front. Throw some bilstein 5100s up front and level it youd be good.
