Just install the arabic languges into your phone then you can add Arabic as a writing language and WALA.

For receiving Arabic Or Farsi SMSs or Emails , U should Install Arabic or Farsi Fonts.
I Uploaded Farsi fonts in my rapidshare account , Here U go :

Installation Guide :
1.First Unpack the *.rar file
2.Copy all files named : Sanserif.ttf(4Files)
3.paste to below location :
External Memory (D: ) > Resource > Fonts
then restart your UIQ3 device.

you need farsi keyboard for typing ....

Use XS++ flash you phone, this will be better insteal of installing fonts.

Psiloc Crystal Arabic fail to work in my m600. only box character appear. and when i turn on my phone, a message "kernel error" appear in the middle of booting step. btw, i already have the latest firmware (phone CXC162037 R9F011, CDA 162011 R6A13)

p990 has no any official arabic language support. u can use crystal software. but if u do not buy it u will have to uninstall and reinstall it again.
