Now here is the problem. My k800i was playing .ram and .rm files before i upgraded its firmware from sony update service to version R1KG001. Now it is not playing them.
Is there anyway to downgrade back to old firmware?

You can download a older version form download area and then you flash your phone with phone xs++ ;)

I don't believe the w810 supports real player file formats.
i think only the newer high end SE's support real player formats
My K550i and K810i and another se lastest phone support Real player playback or streaming
one other way is to converte the real media to mp3 with a converter...
i recomend Total video converter!!!

you must have rm codecs installed on your comp though. (just keep rreal player installed that is).
