how to unlock se j20i hazel, and what software use for ?
You can only unlock by setool box. Omnius does not support this model.

sry to bring this up , but did u manage to unlock the hazel ?
i have a j20i , omnius suport it *red cid81
flashed twice with generic main .. but ... still locked . don t know why...
any method to surely unlockit ?

Hi,Omnius support j20 but only flashing not unlocking,flashing and unlocking is two different things.Omnius can reset user code on that phone but you can't unlock network.With flashing you can only change firmware in your phone for example you can debrand it to remove operator logo,sounds etc.but you can't unlock it.Quote:

Be shure you use new sim card with small chip.

Everything you said to me I know I've tried. The card is from Serbia, I tried three card provider, all right, but the phone behaves the same. My card I use on my phone, I just want to transfer the card to the hazel. I can not use daughter's card because he switched to one with a small chip, so Hazel can not factory reset.
