not for the moment...(for noobs)... the process is posible only using wotan/tms/davinci and it costs some euros... btw you need service cable to :)
u can use the firmware and software found on the site in the downlaod section

Very right :) so if you want to do something with your phone... think first :) he may try to mix firms.. like flasing the k610 main image to the k550 for icons and images... walkman and other GFX stuf.... he can flash the k550 firrmware... but only do this with compatible versions of firmware same vers for both phones... i did some mixing on my k310(main vers R4EC001 generic and FS R4EA031 MEDITERR) i did this for icons and other GFX... using xs++ v 1.2 and far for customizing.../!\DISCLAIMER/!\: DO THIS ON YOUR OWN RISK ... w610 is missing facewarp, but I've read you can download it from SE directly (I didn't use it anyway). Also, camera cover detection is lost too.
The left internet key turns to "walkman" shortcut... Does anyone know how can I change it back to "internet" or anything else?
U can use wotan client to upgrade K550, it need paypol to do it.

SEtool lite edition 1.08 is safer than xs++
I still want to know if there's any way to fix this thing through mac.
I'm not about to install bootcamp for this (and can't use vmware/parallels/etc cuz my machine won't run them)
I use XS++ 2.2 to flash my K550 to W610, and it works, try some!
BTW u also can instal flash menu using XS++ 2.2 in ur new W610i.
w550 and w610 has different haardware. W600 it have the same hardware and you can upgrade with a lot of programs of Top Sony ;)
