the a2upoader does not support models DB2020 as a w580.
You have to use the setool lite.
For unlock your phone you need apply the patch REMOVE SIM LOCK. Read this topic for more inf.

True, Setool lite does not support CID 53, I had not
mentioned. then you should patch to unlock
your phone with Far Manager.
