can some one post what exact files i need to do this i'v been reading up allover and everything looks outdated and they all have problems or something and it just giving a headache and i'm just confused. all i know is that u use SETool 2 Lite 1.08 and u need fs a main and a customization file? can some explain this bs and dumb it down a bit. i tried to use SETool 2 Lite 1.08 and i know how to connect the phone the right way but i have no clue on what files and or software to use.

If you have EROM CID52 you can use as a flasher Setool1.11, or XS++3.1.
If you have EROM CID53 you must use FAR+JDFlasher.
i guess i'm not wrong to say the second line was mistaken, it should be cID53 instead of cid52Quote:

i flash my phone watching this YouTube - Must see Tutorial- Debrand/Flash w580i for Free and result is something like double screen, what to do now..im from europe (croatia)

The double screen can be repaired by using the Sony Ericsson Update Service. I don't know if this will lose your de branding, but it will fix the double screen.
