My W850i has a white flashing screen? Help?

I was using my phone and decided i'll put a few more songs on my phone, as i connected it my screen went all white and started flashing black and white every few seconds. NOW, whenever i turn the phone on i feel it vibrate a second then just flash a white screen every so often then go black and repeat.

I have tried flashing numerous times on XS++ but it say

have you the usbFlash driver?
do you know your CID? if it's 53 try to flash with FAR manager+jdflasher plugin,
your phone is w850 so try with A2uploader or search a payable service Wotan or D ultimat unlocker.

So i needed the firmwire, and theres like a billion to choose from, and this might be where i got i wrong!? Anyhows found that the XS program told me that my allready istalled firmware was: R1ED001 - Region: EUROPE_4..(i'm from Denmark by the way if that makes a diffrence......... so went for that one!

I found the files you posted and now the flashing progress works - still no hope for the mobil though :(... Its still white and XS++ tells me when i connect the phone that its the old version! - a bit confusing :/.

As you can see the phone dosent seem to have the new firmwire even though the XS told me that the update was succesfull :P... dont get it.

change LCD (screen), it is the only hope for you. flashing wouldn't help coz it's a hardware fault

and use the following files;

if this doesn;t help then it is probably a hardware fault i.e LCD damage, changing LCD will solve your problem

when I try and extract setool I get this error message?

Ok could only get version 1.10 to work and had no success getting the custom pack to register on left hand side! am currently flashing with ks++ now that I found all necessary files and will post my results asap.

Change LCD, it's damage and your phone will start up fine

Hahahaha, now I left the battery out overnight and this morning I got the "loading please wait", that I should of expected after a correct flash but then phone said "Insert correct sim card"????

its NOT the lcd, its NOT the firmware. THe top keypad membrane needs to be replaced. Nearly 90% of the w850s are failing due to the poor design and quality of them.
