K800 unlock doesn't work

I have now tried for 3 weeks to unlock K800.
In service menu all the padlocks are open but still wont accept but a certain operator's SIMs.

Any Ideas??

The original operator was Elisa (Finnish operator)

GSM finds my present operator (Sonera) network.
On top left corner of the screen next to the network signal strength meter there is a phone handset icon with a red stripe across it.
Cannot make or receive calls

that normaly means its a barred hand set

may be the solution will be to change imei if it it nots illegal at your country

If the phone was IMEI barred it wouldn't work on ANY network? Now it can operate on Elisa's network?

When I switch on the phone and enter PIN it says "configuration error, contact your operator" (translated from finnish but you'll get the picture)

Do I have the wrong file?

I did as it says in B. How to apply the generated patches to DB2020 CID52 phones:
using files quick_access_K800_R8BF003.vkp

Remove_SIM_lock_K800_R8BF003.vkp

Used cust pack EUROPE_4 (CDA102568/13) (K800)

RESULT: Inactive SIM

Service Info menu - SIM Lock sub menu - all padlocks are open
