k750i proplem firmeware

i need to change my k750i from brown to red coz i need 2 but patches when i but patches setool lite tell me that dcu60 onley used for flashing red phone so how can i do this proplem with my usb cable. if it is impossible how can i but patches for my brown phone???? plz help me:o:o:o:confused:

It is probably a brown CID36 phone. SETool2 Lite isn't good at identifying the CID36 phones. Please post a log from XS++ to be sure.

You can use jdflasher to patch the brown phones.

in brown erom you can not install patch
you must change your erom to red by box

Or you can just flash RED_49 firmware on BROWN phone with jdflasher.He don't care brown-red -doesn't matter

search the forums converting brown to red, i saw it once but had forgotten the site

Yes @riders4sia, but this tutorial is only for CID36 - he have CID49 phone, so that tutorial isn't good for him - you can't convert BROWN to RED 49 for free

Yes and that phone still be read by XS++ or Setool like brown,but he will have red firmware inside

I seem to be having a problem when i set setool to my K750I it reads it no problem and reads the GDFS then i go into quaker t retrieve the file and drop it into quaker but its not there. can anybody help me please i must be dumb.

you don't need that, if you are on applying patch, just select your phone model, click the misc ... and select the patch file, click the write script button, you are done
