Complete phone backup (fullflash)?

Is this possible to create raw backup of phone's memory in sense of drive images done on PC, so that I'm able to safe roolback if things go odd and the phone can't start?
This feature was known on my old siemens with freia tool as save fullflash.

(Is the filesystem enough or there's something more to backup? I prefer doing one-file backup)

Yes it is possible.
Download the file I've attached.
I believe you are using a A2 Phone.
Just start A2Uploader, extract the attached file and browse to "a2_fs_backup.txt"
in MISC on A2Uploader, then hit "Write Script".
You'll see a new folder appears inside where you have A2Uploader.

And how about doing backup from DB2020 phones? Is there any possibility?

That's it as for FS backup. Personally I discovered Phone Explorer and Beyond Compare, this combo fully suits my needs and is superb for tracking phone changes and aswell backing up. Yet I have a question, is the FS backup sufficient for fully restoring the phone state from any situation, for example if I flash in new firmware that's not as functional as expected, and I decide to revert to former version, can I completely delete new FS and write back old FS ? In another words if FS is the only place where all firmware information is kept. When flashing .fbn and .mbn files, the only action performed is are decoding the content and writing to FS or do flash files contain additional information? What about EROM and SEMCBOOT ? Sry for many questions I'm just trying make clear how thinks work.

You can't do a "one file backup" for Sony Ericsson phones. You can backup only FS, using main2raw.exe and sefstool4.exe, if you have a DB2010/DB2020 phone, or read3150.exe if you have an A2 phone. @bflmpsv, read HERE.

what do you mean by a full flash, is this different to just updating your firmware vis seus or fota...

how and where can i also download A2 Upload program

is it a must to have a specific firmware version to your handset
