Help with SE w580i

I currently bought a SE w580i phone and I'm with Rogers Canada. I've been reading a lot of information regarding debranding and flashing. I'm still a little confused about those two. I know that debranding returns the phone to the manufacture's condition but can anyone list the manufacture's condition for SE w580i besides the camera shutter noise and using mp3 for ringtones. I just want to add traditional chinese language to my phone and I'm not sure how to do that. I know I need a software and files but can anyone give me a step by step tutorial or a visual tutorial by printscreening? As well, I want to know if there are different files I need if I want to text by pinyin and not by stroke.

First of all, you must find what CID is your phone. Download Setool2lite, install USB Flash Drivers, start Setool, connect your phone (turned off) and press "Identify". If you have CID52 flash with :
W580_R8BE001_MAIN_GENERIC_LA_RED52
W580_R8BE001_FS_HONG_KONG_RED52, and the customization
HB1-06_Gen_CDA102568_104_R10A_GENERIC_HONG_KONG , using Setool : Flash your phone and How to apply or remove patch using SETool 2 Lite
If you have CID53, you should flash :
W580_R8BE001_MAIN_GENERIC_LA_RED53
W580_R8BE001_FS_HONG_KONG_RED53 and
HB1-06_Gen_CDA102568_104_R10A_GENERIC_HONG_KONG using Far +JDFlasher.
Using the above firmware you'll debrand and obtain the chinese traditional language.

You can use files RED52 from @hyperion post and you can use XS++ 3.1 Darwin XS++ 3.1 Guide-Flashing, Customizing, Recovering - Top Sony Forums or Setool2lite Flash your phone using SETool 2 Lite - Top Sony Forums for flashing,but be very carefully (if you something don't understand first ask)

And always do a GDFS backup !

I have a configuration error after customizing...

Did you use XS or Setool? If you use XS - you need to unzip custpack and folder "tpa" put in XS folder "own_custpack" and in customization section instead phone model select "own_custpack" - than upload to phone,but if you use Setool that custpack must stay in zip and select that zip file in "misc"

I got it working now....but I still can't text in chinese o_o...I can only read chinese

I can change the language on the phone to Chinese....but my Chinese music is still in symbols and I cannot text in Chinese

Go to settings-language and see if you have marked both phone language an writing language

Writing languages available ....English, standard abc and 123...even if I change the phone language into Chinese..I am still not able to read the Chinese titles from the songs.

But there aren't chinese writing language - do a full flash again,but this time try to put every file to wright place (CUSTPACK)

There isn't anything that would allow me to text chinese?

You must have both zh.lng and zh.T9 in TPA/preset/system/language

Just flash with a firmware from Hong Kong or China and you will have the ability to write in Chinese using pinyin.
