First of all read this XS++ 3.1 Guide-Flashing, Customizing, Recovering - Top Sony Forums ,download XS++3.1 and follow instructions for installing USB flash drivers and after that,when you first time connect your phone with XS++ post log from XS here without IMEI numberQuote:

Try with this drivers Top Sony Forums ,change USB port and clean conector on phone.
how do i install it now cause ive already installed the other one so the qizard does not pop up

Or try installing SEUS, it will install the USB drivers :) . Then update, there is no CID higher than 49 for w300i so don't worry
