You need to use the Chinese firmware for your phones. Also, make sure that the tags are in Chinese.

Also make sure you choose the correct version, I believe W580i are R8BE001.

to make it readable flash the main and FS and CUST corresponding to your phone
i reccommend to use XS++ NOTE:you backed up your GDFS .
(FLASHING will remove everything thats on your phone such as mobile games or pictures so make backup before you start!)
if your into contonese or use to traditional > flash it hong kong firmware
if your into manderine or use to simplified chinese > flash it CHINA firmware
all firmware comes with english language so you do not have to worry about that.
MAIN and FS must match when flashing and custpack must match the phone with the language you installed.
XS++ requires
usb installed (DCU-60 cable)

How can I find out which is the right version for my w760a? There are so many files...
And what is XS++?
XS++ is a program that allows you to flash different Firmwares (or debrand) onto your phone. And the versions usually don't matter they are just updates. Look at the date when the version was added and pick the newest one.

Here's some more questions from a noob...But what is MAIN? Is that the file I can find in the firmware section under downloads? And what is fs?
I have a w760a from att and I want to install cantonese from Hong Kong. Does that mean I use this one cuspack :
W760i_1208-4981_R9A_3_Hong_Kong
or this one :
W760a_1212-6828_R10A_ATT_USA
Also I would have to pay to download those files correct?
