I have a question, I bought a Roger Wireless K850i, it comes with the darned Roger Wireless system settings and all those softwares, I want to turn it to a regular K850i software, or system, besides change to all languages supported, what term should I use...
Is it Debranding, Unbranding or Flashing?
I dont want to buy a service and then find out I did the wrong system change, thanks in advance.

Rogers sets its own music player, phone settings, like you cant setup an MP3 as ringtone... that is a cr@p, so thats what I want to remove, remove the Rogers Player, Rogers settings and leave it like a normal K850i, so I should FLASH the phone, right?
If you want get rid off all settings that rogers uploaded it , then your only option is to flash your phone.
But it`s not for free, because your phone has a new platform ( db3150 ) and no free program supports it. Only against payment.

Okay, so D-Client is the one that will work, which one is better D-Unlocker or the one that you recommended, price is very good, buying 10 logs for $3 each, sounds good for me, let me know, thanks.
D-Unlocker is only for that... to make unlocks...
D-Client works for Flash your phone... so you need to buy D-Client's Logs

Okay, so I got this phone Locked and with Rogers Settings, D-Client can do both? Unlock and Flash at the same time, or are 2 separated services? And I am confused, i was checking prices on D-Client and I dnot understand, 1 log is $5, and I use 1/2 log to Unlock and 1/2 to flash it or how does it work?Quote:

with D-Client you can do boths...
to make a Flash you need 0.5 Log
to unlock 1.5 Log, but this unlock is by patch... which mean if you wanna make a flash sometime,, the patch gone...
to make a permanet unlock... uses D-Unlocker... with 2 Log you put a permanet unlock...

Okay, I am about to buy, I will buy 1 log to Flash the phone first, right now I got the phone Unlocked to my company, so I dont have to worry, the unlocking method is the SIM Unlocker, the special film thing that goes beneath your SIM, so with 1 log it will be enough, thanks, Iwill post back results.
I paid for that darned program, I did the Flash/Customize stuff and done in like 2 seconds it had finished, it discharged 1/2 log and it did nothing to the darned phone, it still has Rogers Player and all other settings, what the HELL!
Okay this is NO fun, I cant flash the firmware of my phone, so stop joking, I just noticed I can use the Expert interface to flash a specific Firmware to my phone, is there a way I can get a Firmware that is not rogers for it? Here is the info on my phone when plugged to XS++

ANY help will be appreciated, by the way I dont know why, but my download section to download this specific correct firmware is LOCKED, so any other site will be useful, thanks, otherwise if someone can gladly upload the correct Firmware for me on megaupload or any of those sites, I appreciate it, one that is not ROGERS, thanks!
This is what I need to do, where can I get these firmwares, the a2sw and a2fs

- a2sw extension Main firmware flash file
- a2fs extension Filesystem flash file
i don't think your phone is not supported
Fixed the error with DaVinci, as well found out D-Client doesnt support the *.mbn and *.fbn that we have here, so I had to look them up somewhere else, thanks!
