I have a SE 200i, which I recently got unlocked at shop. Since I was a noob :o, tried the executor in Games folder, which left my phone dead! :mad::mad:
After many hours of searching and fiddling around with SETool Lite and XS++ and what not, I finally went to SE website and downloaded Update. When I ran it, my phone was updated to CID 53! And it was locked again :mad::(
So, again after many hours of searching and fiddling around, this time with FAR and jdflasher, I was able to flash the phone with a generic CID 53 firmware (coz jdflasher could not flash older CID files :( ). And, I can't copy vkp patches :'( So now, I am stuck with this CID 53 till someone gives a free update to SEToolLite or any other means to do this...
I have no box. Don't want to own one to unlock one single phone
Softwares I tried:
SETool lite
SETool 2 (requires box)
USR (requires box)
XS++ (does not support my phone after upgrade to CID 53)
A1 Java Flasher
Very grateful to anyone who can shed some light on my condition
However, I have seen many posts saying the unlocking was successful using SETool Box for CID 53.
Matter of fact is that you cannot unlock your CID53 phone without paying at the moment. And you cannot downgrade it to CID52. So you cannot apply any patches until the new version of XS++ is released.
You can be sure about it.
cid 53 is not since a week a problem!?
CID53 is a problem if you want to install patches (.vkp) only and customizing your firmware.
i don like cid53 =) my problem is to set a password on sms folder, found a flash menü which could make this. but u can change the design in the settings so the password security is down. more easier with a patch like w810i...
How can i use Jdflasher to send Flash Menus to a CID53 T650i unbranded by Davinci?

open far - F11 - just da flasher - choose skript for me it was db2020 - jump down into a large... oflash ofs.
DONT open oflash!! open ofs, copy ur swf in tpa/preset/system/desktop/flash/
and the .thm in tpa/user/theme. if u finish left FAR about the ... dont shut down before the red window WARNING! ARE YOU SURE? is coming,answer with; Yes

Ojay, firts of all, thanks u very much.
But one thing, ive uploaded the .swf to the flash folder, and the .thm to the theme folder, but when i select the new theme, the menu dont change, only the theme!
How can i associate the theme ive uploaded with the .swf ive uploaded too?

Ive downloaded for example the Light Trance wich have this files:
Light trance.thm
Light_Trance_desktop.swf
Light_Trance_standby.swf
Do i need to change the name and make it the same?
no!? open Light trance.thm with the editor an look for this line;

That line doesnt exist.. thats the problem.. how to fix it?
you don't need to buy any box to unlock or make a downgrade... the only thing that you need is the DCU-60, the Ultimate Unlocker program and your LOGQuote:
