you can increase sms size for your phone by these patches(copy that patch is for your phone and paste it in a txt file and save by vkp format)

I think there is some problem with the patch for W610.

When I only increase 1000 SMS --> 4000 SMS, every thing is alright, no problem. Text message memory is 4000 SMS.

But when increased 1000 SMS --> 10.000 SMS, my phone was died, I had to FLASH firmware again. :(

Do you know why? :-/

i test this patch and it had not problem

looks interesting, i allready have 700+ messages in my w580i but won't the phone act slower if i upgrade to let's say 4000?

i patched my w610 r6 and got no error...
macmannhi if you have this problem and your sure your phone is r6 you should flash your main...


just there is a problem...
10000 sms make phone slow when you turn it on...
and the massaging part would not work till phone reads all the massages....

in phone delete all SMS in all section (inbox,send,...) then apply patch then remove battery and wait 5 min then turn on phone

This usually means that exist some conflict with some patch who is already in phone

The thing is not useful yet sms not have too many MB

look good, the patch for w660 will work for any w660 phone right?
