[W580i]Phone wont flash! please help!

i just got my W580i, and i finally got it to connect correctly to my computer
i used FAR with jdflasher and flashed a debranded firmware on my phone
then flashed my custpack
and when i booted y phone without simcard, it worked fine, it just said i need a simcard
so i turned my phone off, inserted simcard
and got the red light flashing problem
and now i cant flash my phone, not with the SE updater, not with FAR, not with SETOOL(i dont really know how to use SETOOL though.)
please help!

Maybe your battery is empty,try to charge phone

i really think that is a strong possibilty.
but can i charge it via USB without actually booting into a firmware?

oh and, it will connect
and start flashing
then after a bit, i get an error
something about time exceeded :/

Turn off phone and connect it with charger-if charger get warm after 2-3 minutes than you now is charging and whan charger get cold your battery is full charged

kk, im not at home, so i dont have the normal charger with me, but i do have my usb cable
i'm trying to make it charge through usb right now

its letting me flash my FS
but not my MAIN
this is a problem, isnt it? :'(

now i really am thinking it is a battery problem

There are possible 2 reasons for that - or your FS is corrupted (check with babeck-find him in download section - software) or your GDFS is damaged,but don't try flashing phone if your battery isn't full

i don't think my wall charger is charging it :'(
i don't know what to do here any tips?

Than you have 2 options - or get your phone to local service or buy new battery(because if your phone not charging there must be some hardware problem). Maybe you have someone to borrow battery ,just for try to power up your phone

so i need to have it serviced then?

One thing bout SE phone is that there is always problem with charging the battery. My first phone is T630 n i got problem charging it (loose connection) just after 3 months. Now i bought a new w580i n the same problem arise again... hav to connect several time for the charging light to flash on...

Connect your phone to xs++ and copy here your phones log without IMEI number, but first install

the red light flashing problem is normally because of low/empty battery. But i really doubt its that, cause you said it woudnt flash but it would turn on...meaning there is power. may i ask first, why you flashing your phone again if you had succefully flashed it the first time. Anway, are you flashing both the MAIN and the FS at the same time?...you could try to first flash the MAIn only, and then flash the FS after that. i dont know of that will work, but worth a try right? good luck
