D 750 debrand , guide needed

Hi Good evening , i'm a newbite here ,

my D 750 need to debrand , guide needed pls advice

when i using XS++ foundout this phone IMEI: D 750 GDFS:W800,Main & FS is w800

and follow the further instructions the phone cannot connect to XS++ , my phone just turn on when i connect USB & press C , cannot use XS++ to back up my GDFS in other hands , SE lite can read GDFS but i was not sure if i use w800 new Main & FS will damage my phone or not ? pls give some advice for me , tks

You can´t use SETool lite because you got CID36, use XS++ v3.1 instead. Your phone needs to be converted from brown erom to red erom first, before you flash it, or you just flash a brown firmware.

Grettings , Madmax , so for my D 750 more suitable if i use XS++ 3.1 ?

my phone CID was 36 , but base on SE Lite mine is CID 49?

or just ignore this just use XS++ 3.1 ? tks



PS: D 750 is already convert to w800

quite a time , sometime when i using it

got problem , so need to debrand it , tks ^^

Don´t worry about GDFS, because your phone is CID36, you can repair it with service-cable if it needs to.
First flash red erom with XS++ and DCU-60 cable, the normal one which comes with the phone, this should turn your "phone color" to red. You can try to back up GDFS!
Second flash firmware for K750 or W800 CID36 red.
Third finalize (customization).

Use R1BC002 instead of R1NA005, because it´s the last official firmware released from SE.
You can try backing up your GDFS after you have flashed red erom.
The safest way to update erom should be with the kulankendi client, there is an option to update erom for free. After that it should be red- but still CID36, maybe CID49 you have to try that out and check after that with XS++.

Oops, my fault: Kulankendi doesn´t support DB2010! So you can´t use it, sorry for that.

Now I remember, it was Wotan client over a year ago who did this for free, but now you need a credit for that I think. Maybe give it a try.
1. flash red erom with: safest way Wotan client, for free but risky XS++, if erom area gets destroyed you can still repair it with a service cabel like Cruiser Xin1 or Fightercable
2. yes
3. no need for that just leave it as a CID36
4. yes, be aware the firmware is red and CID36.

I did some homework yesterday:
REPAIRING EROM GUIDES for most sonyericsson phones - Top Sony Forums
1. For flashing erom use FAR-Manager or simplest way Gflash and follow instructions (you need to unpack your downloaded erom)
2. yeah, do that
3. that will do, if not try Gflash.

so for most of our SE phone is Red , so every time we debrand a phone we also flash Erom , isnt?

1) flashed red erom ---> G Flash ,W800_EROM_CID36_RED.ZIP
2) back up GDFS ---> use XS++
3) Flash phone Main & FS with R1BC002 ---> use XS++

i got G Flash , so if 1of the step that XS++ cant then i will use G Flash . thanks

PS: G Flash also can Read /Write GDFS and Flash Main/FS , isnt ?
will use XS++ coz familiar with XS++ ,
worried that will screw up with G Flash , haha

You just need to flash erom once, that´s all, you will never flash it again. Better flash erom with Gflash!
