poppyw610, try removing the flash by patching your phone with it again but this time click on yes (remove patch) when asked.
But will this work?

jasmin is right just flash it with new main, file system and custom packs and your phone should be working...
but can any body give me the original configuration for w610i? or any links from other sites? i am from south asia ? so any cofigurations from this area?

i just tried getting back the cellphone back from the service centre but they told me that the imei no doesnot match their company database. we showed them the warranty card they took it and said that we have to wait for a week or 2 for the company to take the decision and they also said that there are 50 percent chances that they will accept the phone
