got my replacement w580 today and it turns out to be a CID53 :(
so im stuck without any patching until the gurus can make it happen......
nway, i really want to get rid of the AT&T shitty firmware, hav the new jdflasher but cant seem to find CID53 firmware...
googled it up, topsony dsnt hav it nd i cudnt find it anywhere else..........
so if anyone has any CID53 w580i MAIN and FS can you plz giv me the link or upload it......
any firmware will do as long as it has english.......

jdflasher already support CID53 phones, not all models of course but W580 already does.
yes i know that, i just need w580 CID53 firmware files.....

You can't do anything now. Wait for W580i CID53 firmware to be relased for download.

I sent an e-mail at WotanServer and they said that they would have CID 53 version of firmware files of W580i by the end of the month,so just wait!
But,if I were you,i wouldn't trust them,cause they said that they would have support for K850i as well,by the end of March,and still waiting... :(

my w580i is cid53 as well, so I took it to those places where they sell phones and they flashed it with the new firmware.

I'm already connected with newest setool2lite_1.11, XS++, MenuEdit, qamaker, SIMLockPatchGen, and I have W580_R8BE001_MAIN_GENERIC_LA_RED52 and W580_R8BE001_FS_AMERICA_2_RED52...
I also have W580_R8BA024_MAIN_GENERIC_LA_RED52.mbn and W580_R8BA024_FS_AMERICA_2_RED52.fbn which are my choosen FW cause of the light bug issue...
Any ideas or can someone link me to the best post here for these issues...
I have gone through the first 2 pages of FW flashing & unlocking...
