Best settings to convert movies for k750

I use the program "super" (freeware) to convert video-clips for my k750. I played around but still didnt found the best settings.
What resolution should i use?
And how many fps, kbps and audio settings are usefull?

i use total video converter to converted video to k750

i use media converter its free and easy to use 4 almost all media file types
3gp mp4 mp3 wav etc
