now i know how to use it....need to connect your phone first....:D

:mad:i had same problem and got my money back i was sent username and password
but ultimate unlocker kept failing with User name not registered on the server
Login to server failed

works fine for me evey time

i tried it at least 30 times and same thing every time even download D unlocker to see if that would work but got exact same error i also contacted top sony and they told me it was working but i checked and rechecked all settings and always got same error

what did u type in full as the user name ?

u need to use all off it user****** :D did u add the user bit
